  • How do I change my personal details?

    Go to 'My Account' once you're logged in and click 'My Profile'. You can edit your personal information here.

  • I've forgotten my password

    If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgotten Password' on the Log In page. You will then receive an email with a new password, which you can use the next time to log in.

  • I've forgotten my username

    Your username is the email address you used in order to create your Crypto Millions Lotto account. If you have forgotten your email address please contact us who will be happy to assist.

  • How do I close my account?

    If you wish to close your account, simply contact us. Please note that when you have closed your account you no longer have access to enter any more draws or play Instant Wins or Slots.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    We do our best to provide you with the best Lotto, Instant Wins and Slots experience possible. If you feel that we can do something better or if you are not happy with how something is done, please contact us. We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours.
